Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at summitroofing.site or engaging Summit Roofing Group LLC ("Summit Roofing Group," "we," "us," or "our") for any roofing services. By accessing our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, requesting an inspection, or entering into a service agreement with Summit Roofing Group LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, customers, and others who access or use our site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Services Provided

Summit Roofing Group LLC is a licensed roofing contractor operating in the State of Colorado under license number CO-R-9823. We provide residential and commercial roofing services including, but not limited to: roof replacement, roof repair, hail and storm damage restoration, commercial roofing installation, free roof inspections, and insurance claim assistance.

All services are performed in compliance with applicable Colorado building codes, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications. Summit Roofing Group reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside our service area, scope of expertise, or safety standards.

3. Free Inspection Terms

Summit Roofing Group offers complimentary roof inspections with no obligation to purchase any service. By scheduling a free inspection, you represent and warrant that you are either the legal owner of the property or an authorized representative of the property owner with permission to allow access for inspection purposes.

Our inspectors will conduct a visual assessment of your roof and provide a written report of findings. A free inspection does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome, insurance approval, or contract for services. Summit Roofing Group reserves the right to reschedule or cancel inspections due to unsafe weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

All written quotes and estimates provided by Summit Roofing Group are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of inspection and are subject to change if additional damage, structural issues, or other unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work.

Final pricing is confirmed in the signed contract or work order. Any changes to the scope of work after contract execution must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Summit Roofing Group is not responsible for price differences resulting from material cost fluctuations, supplier shortages, or changes in local permit fees that occur after a quote is issued.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as stated in your executed contract. In general, Summit Roofing Group requires a deposit before materials are ordered and work is scheduled. The specific deposit amount will be outlined in your contract and typically represents a percentage of the total project cost.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and final walkthrough. For insurance-funded projects, payment is typically coordinated with your insurance carrier's disbursement schedule. Accounts not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee and referred to collections. Summit Roofing Group accepts payment by check, major credit cards, and ACH bank transfer. All payments are in U.S. dollars.

6. Warranty Terms

Workmanship Warranty: Summit Roofing Group provides a workmanship warranty on all completed roofing installations. The specific duration of the workmanship warranty will be stated in your written contract. This warranty covers defects arising from improper installation, including but not limited to improper flashing, inadequate sealing, and installation errors that result in leaks or structural issues.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Roofing materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties. As an IKO Diamond Preferred Contractor, Summit Roofing Group can facilitate access to enhanced manufacturer warranty programs on qualifying installations. Manufacturer warranty terms are governed solely by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by: acts of nature (hail, wind, ice damming), improper maintenance or modifications made by others after installation, foot traffic or mechanical damage, damage caused by other contractors, or conditions that existed prior to our installation. Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Summit Roofing Group LLC shall not be liable for any pre-existing conditions of your roof, structure, or property that are identified during or after our inspection or installation. We are not responsible for damage arising from conditions that were not visible or detectable during a standard inspection, including concealed rot, hidden structural damage, or pre-existing water intrusion that predates our work.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Roofing Group's total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Summit Roofing Group be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any services provided by Summit Roofing Group, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
